Every purchase would attract a small delivery fee depending on your location or courier services charge.
Orders placed before 2pm in the Greater Accra Region will be delivered on the same day (unless stated otherwise). Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered on the next business day.
Orders confirmed before 2pm will be processed on the same day for buyers staying outside the Greater Accra Region. But depending on your regional location, your order will arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery details will be provided.
We deliver to any part of Ghana and even nations within the West African sub-region.

If you have not received your order or have any issues with the delivery process, please call our customer service line on 0244423110 or send us a Whatsapp message with your order details.
If a product you want ordered goes out of stock, it means it is unavailable so we will simply be unable to fulfill your order. We will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your orginal form of payment.
Better still, you may have to wait untill there is a restock.
Due to hygienic reasons and with the advent of COVID-19, we do not accept returns. If the item received is not what was ordered or if a damaged product is delivered, kindly contact us with your order details via call or Whatsapp on 0244423110. Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours.
